SAMPLE BRUNCH ITEMS

STARTER TO EACH MORNING: Healing Broth: The best way to start your morning is a crockpot of healing herbs, mushrooms, roots, and homemade veggie stock. This will help soothe your body and nourish it before your body starts digesting 

  • Forbidden Bowl: coconut black rice porridge with optional toppings . Toppings: mango chutney, toasted coconut flakes, soaked golden raisins, hazelnut mylk

  • Red Lentil Coconut Oatmeal: high protein Indian inspired oat bowl with choice toppings. Toppings: soaked dates, toasted coconut flakes, toasted cashew crumble, hazelnut mylk

  • Mango Lassi Chia Seed Pudding: mango, banana, cardamom, chia pudding jars layered with banana slices and cardamom cashew cream

  • Chaga Chocolate Pancakes: (Paleo, GF all the buzz words) These are the fluffiest and most delicious almond flour, sweet potato pancakes.

  • House Lasagna; home-made GF/vegan pasta, confit tomato, pesto, cashew cream white sauce, roasted artichoke, kalamata olives, caramelized onions

  • Coco Bean Stew; served with sweet caramelized plantains: Slow stewed black-eyed peas simmered with coconut mylk, red bell peppers, and secret spices

  • Superfood Falafel Sandwhich; gluten free, local sourdough or portabella bun, tumeric tahini, caper pickled red onions, arugula

  • Morccan Platter; stewed beans, za’atar roasted seasonal root veggie, roasted carrot cumin hummus, nettle pesto, roasted seasonal green (dandy/mustard), grain

  • Kimchi Fried Rice or Kimchi Miso Soup; homemade kimchi (optional miso poached egg)

  • Nori Roll; house pickled beet slaw, blanched asparagus, avocado, coconut crusted crispy shallots, house dressings

  • Local Mushroom Borscht; healing mushroom broth stewed with local lima beans, beets, hearty veggies for a fully umami finish. Topped w/coconut yogurt and fresh dill
